Each episode explores the magic, mystery, miracles and challenges of being a woman, from our first period, conscious conception to birthing and throughout womanhood.  We go deep with personal stories and experiences of love, grief and everything in between always with a view on healing our body, mind and soul. This podcast offers answers to questions that you may not be able to ask easily in your own community.

Amber is a mother, partner, birth assistant and doula, prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga retreat leader. She is also an amazing and light hearted human. 

 

Amber informs, inspires and empowers us in this conversation about birth, what are body is capable of, the oxytocin or love hormone and how when it flows, oh baby does it flow (pun intended). 23. Alcohol & It's Effect On Our Brain & Hormonal Health

Rasa is responsible for menstruation, lactation and the top layer of our skin. The seven dhatus are nourished one by one, the seventh being our reproductive tissue!
