The need and desire to be heard and express ourselves as women is deeply desired and can seem insurmountable. It is possible to find your unique voice with integrity and authenticity. We are all looking for a place to feel loved, to hear kindness and often for certainty and belonging. It can be difficult then when we stand back and see the same dogma that we were moving away from. Every single cell and tissue receives it nourishment from the Rasa Dhatu, the first of 7 tissues in every human.
Rasa is responsible for menstruation, lactation and the top layer of our skin. The seven dhatus are nourished one by one, the seventh being our reproductive tissue!
