Menstruation and Menopause are natural cycles which influence your mental, physical and emotional well-being. Most workplaces struggle to discuss these topics due to lack of in-house knowledge and expertise and so there is a resulting stigma and taboo which is also in our wider society.


50% of the population menstruate from the age of 10 years up to 50 years. As employees and employers we need be able to talk about this and understand what support is needed and available. The menstruating years impacts the journey through peri menopause and into the post menopausal years. 


As is happening in society more awareness, understanding, compassion, expert help and policy is being recognised and introduced for those experiencing menstruation and menopause. 

Every one experience's these natural cycles differently.

I am a trained Menstrual Cycle Educator, Holistic Health Coach specialising in women health from menstruation through to Peri-Menopause creating workshops and trainings for organisations and groups of all sizes. I partner with HR and leadership teams to create an inclusive culture, integrating menstruation and menopause into existing policies and offer an in-house expertise for a short or longer period as necessary.

Workshops & Trainings

Blending my own experience of bring a former Chief Operating Officer with experiencing 20 years of Menstrual Cycle symptoms. 


I offer educational workshops and programmes to women and all in the workplace to understand what is happening for women during her cycles, how to reduce symptoms herself and to know what support is available within the organisation and from other health practitioners

My online content platform offers videos and supporting materials for all to view in their own time choosing different topics suitable to them.


Inclusive Policy 

Women and their managers need to understand and know what the options are to support women who need it. 

Not every menstruating women needs support. But at least one in five does.


I work with HR and the senior team to support you to offer more awareness in an inclusive way to suits your team and culture, and adjust your current policy to include Menstruation and Peri-Menopause awareness and adjustments.


Ongoing Support

You may find that you do not have the expertise within your organisation to have conversations with your team managers, directors and employees. 

I offer expert 121 Menstrual Cycle, Peri Menopause support 121. Certified and trained in nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, Breathwork, Meditation and creating healthy habits. 

I work with a small number of companies offering an in-house holistic support on a fortnightly basis to inform and empower individuals who want the support.
